Getting Here - By Air
GETTING HERE - BY AIR
What is the best way to get here? Well, with the vastness of Canada - flying is often the quickest way! Think about what kind of holiday you really want before you leave home.
...think about what kind of holiday you really want before you leave home...
Think twice if your travel agent suggests flying into Vancouver and driving to Banff. Are you prepared to make that 10-hour drive? Some people are (it is beautiful) - but some are shocked at driving anywhere that is ten hours away... especially in the winter! Flying is quick and there are deals to be had. In any case, whether you are coming from Asia and making a stop on the west coast in Vancouver, coming from Europe and taking a peek "down east" at the Maritimes or Toronto, or coming from the United States in the south, you will probably want to come by plane through the Calgary International Airport on your quest for the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
