CANMORE MUSEUM AND GEOSCIENCE CENTRE

Discover the town of Canmore's geological and historical past at this museum through fossils and artifacts. Learn about how the Rocky Mountains came to be and the vital role that the mountain's coal played in this town's development. Canmore's role in the 1988 Winter Olympics is also represented. Gift shop on site.

Summer Hours May long weekend to Labour Day Monday/Tuesday noon to 5 pm Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 6pm

Winter/Fall /Spring Hours Monday to Friday noon to 5pm Saturday/Sunday 11am to 5pm
